Our wine & food pairing is a selection of delicious wine and canapés that have been crafted to harmoniously compliment each other. These pairings change on the regular, depending on the interesting wines and food flavours Furny’s is celebrating that month!
Theme this month: Let’s celebrate South Africa!
We are doing tastings for x2 Chenin Blanc white wines and x2 Pinotage red wines. These will be paired with:
- Bocconcini, Sun-Dried Tomato, Prosciutto, Basil Pesto and sticky balsam sunflower seeds on Crostini
- Truffle & Parmesan Arancini w/ aioli
- Grass Fed Beef Biltong
- Date & Almond coated in Dark Chocolate
